A name, location, or other query entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. A message sent through a contact channel may include a name, email address, and the text supplied. Messages are kept as needed to respond and are not shared beyond the organization unless the law requires it.
